2.2 Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: For orders ≥$500 (excludes bulky items).

  • Tiered Fees:
    • 500:Flatrateof500: Flat rate of 25 (standard) / $45 (express).
    • $500: 5% of order value (standard) / 8% (express).

  • Additional Fees:
    • Remote area surcharges (e.g., Alaska, Greenland).
    • Hazardous material fees for specific products (e.g., lithium batteries in smart devices).

3. Packaging & Privacy

3.1 Discreet Packaging

  • Standard:
    • Neutral, unmarked boxes with no reference to adult content.
    • Tamper-proof seals for security.

  • Premium Option:
    • Soundproof packaging for vibrational devices.
    • Custom branding (for white-label partners).

3.2 Compliance with Adult Industry Laws

  • Age Verification:
    • Shipment permitted only to verified adults (18+).
    • Require government-issued ID for customs clearance in restricted regions (e.g., Saudi Arabia).

  • Prohibited Items:

4. Customs & Import Compliance

5. Returns & Damages

5.1 Return Policy

  • Standard Products: 30-day return window (unopened, undamaged).

  • Smart Devices: 14-day return window (requires RMA approval).

  • Costs:
    • BEESOUL covers return shipping for defects; customers pay for restocking fees (10%).

5.2 Damage/Loss Claims

  • Process:
    • File claim within 5 business days via BEESOUL Logistics Portal.
    • Submit photo evidence and police report (if stolen).

  • Resolution:
    • Full refund or replacement within 10 business days.
    • Insurance coverage up to $5,000 per shipment (premium option).

6. Liability & Indemnification

  • BEESOUL’s Liability:
    • Limited to the purchase price of goods unless proven negligence.
    • No liability for indirect damages (e.g., lost sales due to delays).

  • Customer Indemnity:
    • Customers indemnify BEESOUL against fines/penalties from improper product use or importation.

7. Sustainability & Ethical Practices

  • Carbon-Neutral Shipping:
    • Available at +5% cost (partnering with DPD Carbon Neutral).

  • Eco-Friendly Materials:
    • Recyclable packaging for 90%+ of shipments by 2025.
